Every Hello Native deployment is a real Next.js 16 codebase on Vercel's edge, backed by Neon Postgres, Cloudflare R2, and a frontier AI stack. Nothing is locked behind a website builder. If you ever leave, the code goes with you.

under the hood

What engineers and operators ask first.

What is the underlying tech stack?
Next.js 16 frontends on Vercel's edge, Postgres (Neon) at the data layer, R2 for media storage, Cartesia and Deepgram for voice, Anthropic and Google for reasoning, Twilio + Evolution for telephony / WhatsApp. Every site is a real production codebase — not a website-builder silo — and the whole stack is portable if you ever choose to leave.
Where is my data stored, and is it encrypted?
Your account lives in a multi-tenant Postgres database hosted on Neon (US-East). Every record is scoped to your account at the database layer. Sensitive fields — phone numbers, contracts, message bodies, integration credentials — are encrypted at rest. TLS in transit. Daily backups. Full export available on demand at any time.
Do tenants have to register their domain with Google for OAuth?
No. Tenants connect their Google account through one click — no domain registration, no credentials to paste, no Google Console setup. Each tenant's tokens are scoped to their organization and never accessible to other tenants on the platform.
Can I bring my own API keys?
Yes. Platform-managed keys are the default. You can override any of them per-organization for billing isolation, custom rate limits, or contractual reasons — Anthropic, OpenAI, Twilio, payments, channel manager, voice models, all swappable.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take the code. Each tenant site is a real Next.js codebase you can clone, deploy on your own infrastructure, and host independently. Database data is exportable on demand. We don't lock content behind a builder format.
How is multi-tenant security enforced?
Every operational record is scoped to an organization at the data layer. Service-to-service calls require a shared signed secret. Auth tokens are short-lived and scoped to a single organization. Cross-tenant reads have never happened in production, and we run automated checks on every change to keep that record.
What infrastructure regions do you run in?
Edge frontends globally. Primary database in US-East. Media storage multi-region via Cloudflare R2. Most tenants are in the Americas; latency from EU and APAC is acceptable, and we can add regional database replicas on request for enterprise plans.
