Terms of Service

Hello Native is an AI-native website and operations platform. We provide hosted websites, a multi-tenant dashboard, an inline editor (Studio), AI content generation, and integrations with third-party services. Specific features and limits are described on our pricing page.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. Notify us immediately at info@hellonative.aiif you suspect unauthorized access. You’re responsible for your team members you invite, and for the content they publish.

You own all content, listings, media, customer data, and integration credentials you put into Hello Native (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit Customer Data solely to operate the platform on your behalf.

You represent that you have the rights to all Customer Data you upload, and that it does not violate any third-party rights, law, or regulation.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to distribute malware, spam, phishing, or deceptive content.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without a written agreement.
• Interfere with other tenants, probe for vulnerabilities, or circumvent rate limits.
• Use AI-generated content to impersonate or defraud third parties.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Scrape the platform or use it to train competing AI models.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or threaten platform integrity.

Hello Native uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and others you select) to generate content on your behalf. AI output can contain errors or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws, regulations, and truth-in-advertising rules.

Hello Native integrates with services like Stripe, Twilio, Channex, CallRail, Google, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and fees. We’re not responsible for their availability, data practices, or decisions. You may provide your own API keys for any integration; otherwise platform-default keys apply subject to their respective limits.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for future terms with at least 30 days’ notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

If payment fails, we may suspend the workspace after a reasonable cure period. Persistent non-payment can result in termination and data deletion after the retention window.

We target 99.9% uptime, excluding planned maintenance and factors outside our control. Paid plans include email support. Enterprise plans may include written SLA commitments. Support is provided in English.

The Hello Native platform, source code, trademarks, and documentation are our property or licensed to us. These Terms don’t grant you any license to our IP beyond the right to use the service. You retain all rights in your Customer Data.

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing info@hellonative.ai. On cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data; after that we permanently delete it. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach, persistent non-payment, or legal reasons. Sections that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Native’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

You agree to defend and indemnify Hello Native against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the platform in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms to reflect platform or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
